Construction at Glenarm Square is progressing well with recent timelapse footage showing the double basement being constructed and the building coming out of the ground in August 2021.

Builder Hamilton Marino continues to make good progress onsite with the ground floor slab to be complete at the end of this month. Following this milestone the building structure will be visible coming out of the ground in the coming months.
DealCorp are currently working through the final communal amenity details and furniture selection with the interior and architecture teams.
Sales continue to progress well with strong interest and enquiry levels despite the recent Melbourne lockdowns.
Construction completion remains on track for mid 2022.
